Location

Some businesses prefer that we make regularly scheduled on-site visits where we will take care of everything in person. Others prefer we pick up the necessary documentation and work off-site.

Bookkeeping

You select the types of bookkeeping services you want. Entering daily sales, creating invoices, recording deposits, entering and paying bills and preparing quarterly or annual sales tax are among the functions we can provide.

Payroll

Payroll services can be handled in house or via a 3rd party payroll service. Monthly, quarterly and annual payroll filings will be generated at the appropriate times or reconciled once prepared by your payroll provider. We can generate year end W-2 and 1099 forms for your employees and subcontractors.

Reporting

We can provide you with regular profit and loss, accounts receivable, accounts payable and any other customized report you desire. We will work with you to determine the best way to capture the data you need to keep your business running smoothly. We will also interface with your CPA to provide them with the necessary information at tax time.
